Treatment Refund Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. This applies to all scenarios, including no-shows and late cancellations. Once treatments are rendered, all sales are final. FACE will issue store credit on unredeemed services or unopened, unused, damage-free goods in re-sellable condition.

Treatment Cancellation Policy

I strive to provide a personalized, positive experience to all clients. When you book your appointment, the time is reserved exclusively for you. To be effective and fair, the following policies are honored: 24-hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to provide 24 hours advance notice you will be charged 50% of your scheduled treatment cost.

No-Show Policy

Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged 50% of the cost of treatment for their “missed” appointment. Consultation fees for no-shows are non-refundable.

Late-Arrivals Policy

My business provides a high-quality service, which includes on-time appointments and providing efficient, one-on-one sessions and sanitization after EVERY client leaves the room. Timing is everything: you don’t want to infringe upon another client's appointment. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible financially for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration for other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

COVID-19 Policy

If you have a cough or fever, have been around anyone exhibiting these symptoms within the past 14 days, and/or have been living with anyone sick or quarantined, you must cancel your appointment.  If you have traveled to or from any country or region with widespread, ongoing transmission, you must self-quarantine for 14 days.

Please arrive early to your appointment to wash your hands.  Clients may be seen by appointment only. No pets, children, or companions will be allowed. Please arrive wearing a securely fitting mask.  

All work area surfaces and tools are cleaned and disinfected between every client.

Locations

FACE is located in both Oakland and Los Angeles. Oakland is the primary location. FACE is in Los Angeles every 3 months at a private studio in Eagle Rock. Check upcoming L.A. dates here.

Public Transit Oakland

FACE is just a few steps away from the MacArthur BART station. 

Parking Oakland

There is lots of street parking in the surrounding neighborhood. If you’ve booked a longer appointment, I recommend avoiding the 2-hour spots so you don’t come back to a ticket. You can also park in the MacArthur Bart parking lot for a flat fee of $3 for the day. Please give yourself ample extra time to park.
